Portrait sessions and/or headshots can be done in a variety of ways. Portrait sessions are usually outdoor and documents your personality and identity - basically who you are as a person. Headshots are more so for business and captures what you do. These photos can be done in your office space or have a plain background. Either session can be used for your business profile and help you promote your small business. With your portrait session or headshots, I usually ask you as the client to bring what you feel shows you or your business best. For example as a photographer, I would bring my camera to pose with to advertise what I do. There are plenty of ideas and ways to document these images - bring your ideas, I'd love to hear them!
